Use direction of the Meeting Rooms
1)All the meeting rooms during 2009 exhibition will be set on 5, 6/F of Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center.
2)Charge for meeting room rental is by hour, 1 hour each time at least. All the users may enjoy 0.5 hour extra time for arrangement and evacuation each time, but during the extra time, there will be no air condition service. Overtime use of meeting room will increase your expenditure.
(the above price is for exhibitors only. Otherwise, we will charge 1.5 times of the above price.)
The price includes: Hall rental, sound, word pad, desk and chair,projector,water, light, air condition and publicizing combining with exhibition.
3)conference time: 10:00-12:30 am and 1:00-5:30 pm.(conference application from beginning time is prior)
4)Please submit conference application before January 15th, 2009 so as to combine with publication.
5)The organizer will follow the principle of “first come first serve, the correlation with the exhibition and length of rental time” to arrange the conference room and rental time.
6)Please fill the application form if you need conference room rental. Within 5 days after the rental contract is signed, the lessee should pay for 30% of the total rent in advance, and the rest money should be paid off before Feb 25th,2009.
7)Once the conference rental time is conformed, it should be unalterable unless a written notice is given to the organizer 2 months before the conference begins.Once cancel or alter the conference rental time, earnest money will not be refund.
8)Please prepare yourselves or contact the organizer if you need services of tea, food, car rental, flower, etc.
9)Please contact the organizer if you need background board, topic banner, indication board, publicity picture, etc. If you prepare these things, please carry away them when you leave the conference room.
10)Please take care of the facilities of the meeting room and keep the room clean. Flammable, explosive and other dangerous things are forbidden to take into the room. No eating at the room. Any one who incurs damage should take responsibility.
