The appointed contractor of this exhibition can be seen at the below form. The exhibitors may choose some of them according to their need.
1. Standard Booth (Shell Scheme) 1)Standard booth are equipped with 2.5m-high standard cover plate, carpet, 2 streamer lamp, 2 folding chair, a table, a power socket and a paper basket.
2)Standard booth is constructed by the official contractor. Any special requirement should be proposed before March 10th, 2008, and charge for alternation is at exhibitor’s cost.
2.Special Booth Setup
If exhibitors who have raw space booth want to setup booth by themselves, their booth-builders should check-in and provide related information. They should meet the requirement of fire fight security, or construction is not allowed, and they should take responsibility for the result themselves.
1)Submit information to organizer and pay fees: booth-builders pay fees when register at site
Exhibitor must submit “booth-builder application form” to organizer before January 31st, (Form 6)
Inform booth-builder to submit “letter of booth setup commitment” before March 10th(Form 7), and make payments for construction uniform. The organizer hand out “booth-builder confirm letter” after receiving money. And booth-builder can have the uniform by this confirm letter, then enter the hall.
Construction uniform: per RMB 20
If the procedures are not finished, the result is at exhibitor and booth-builder’s responsibility.
2) Submit information to the contractor of the corresponding hall: before March 10th
A copy of business license; “special booth security commitment letter” with sign and seal of the person in charge; copy of constructors’ ID card; planar graph, wiring diagram and effect drawing of booth construction design
ID card copy of the legal representative and the person in charge of the construction company
3.Rental of exhibition tool, power, water and gas
The exhibitor who need to rent exhibition tool, power, water and gas should fax the items to the contractor or book advance on line according linking to (http://www.simmexpo.com), at the same time remit rental fees to the appointed account. For some items, booking advance may enjoy discount.
[Notice] Exhibitor should go to the appointed service station for rental. “Doorstep Selling” or other non-appointed contractor (black rental) should be refused, or the consequence is on exhibitor’s. own account.

Air compressor rental:
Except Hall 2, other halls (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) have no stable gas source. In order to use compressed air, exhibitors need to rent air compressor. The organizer appoint “Zhongshan Fusheng Electromechanical Co. Ltd” as the only air compressor rental service provider. For detail information, please refer to “contractor service guide”
