1. Standard Booth (Shell Scheme) 1)Standard booth are equipped with 2.5m-high standard cover plate, carpet, 2 streamer lamp, 2 folding chair, a table, a power socket and a paper basket.
2)Standard booth is constructed by the official contractor. Any special requirement should be proposed before March 10th, 2009, and charge for alternation is at exhibitor¡¯s cost.
2.Special Booth Setup
If exhibitors who have raw space booth want to setup booth by themselves, their booth-builders should check-in and provide related information. They should meet the requirement of fire fight security, or construction is not allowed, and they should take responsibility for the result themselves.

Through the effort of the organizer of SIMM & S.Plas - China Shenzhen Machinery Association (SZMA), the Trade and Industry Department of Hong Kong government has agreed that Hong Kong original exhibitors who meet the following requirements may enjoy 50% of the booth rental and other charges related to participation of SIMM as subsidy. The highest subsidy will not be over HKD30,000.00 per time, and the accumulated will not exceed HKD80,000.
Hong Kong exhibitors may ask for the assistance from the organizer or apply the subsidy directly from the Hong Kong government, but firstly have to meet the following conditions and requirements£º
A. The enterprise belongs to the manufacturing industry whose Hong Kong employees are less than 99. Or the enterprise does not belong to the manufacturing industry whose Hong Kong employees are less than 50. The legal person of this enterprise must be Hong Kong native who holds the Hong Kong identity card, and must register this enterprise in Hong Kong according to the Hong Kong Business Registration Ordinance (Chapter 310) £»
B. The enterprises never apply before or the total subsidy has not exceeded HKD80,000£»
C. The following items will be included in processing of the subsidy£º ¡ô Booth rental; booth construction charge; and advertisement charge in the exhibition directory£» ¡ô Round-trip transportation charge between Hong Kong and Shenzhen (train ticket, long-distance bus ticket etc), but exclude the local traffic charge£» ¡ô Accommodations charge, hotel should be recommended by the organizer£» ¡ô Other hotels chose, the rates will not exceed the rates of the hotels recommended by organizer¡£
