    31st March, 2008, 16:30—22:00hrs
    1st April, 2008, 09:00—17:30hrs

    ★The First Booth-dismantle Period: 31st, March 16302000 → Blue plate vehicle can begin to dismantle booth

     The Second Booth-dismantle Period: 31st, March 20001st, April 900 → Besides blue plate vehicle, yellow plate vehicle may also begin to dismantle booth, but vehicle with lifting machine is prohibited. And only vehicles of forwarding agent of exhibitor are allowed.

     The Third Booth-dismantle Period: 1st, April 9001730 → All the vehicles are allowed to dismantle booth (including vehicle with lifting machine)

▲Registration Procedures 
  Payment onsite, cash ONLY

Step 1: Exhibitor ID Confirmation – Registration Counter 

  ● Payments Confirming: Booth rental, Management fee for raw space needing special booth-setting , Ad.
      fee 
  ● Registration & Check-in. Exhibition Directory hand-out 
  ● On-site Inquiries and Assistance

Step 2: Booth-setting and Rental - Official Booth Builder office 

  ● Booth type confirming (Standard or Raw space)
  ● Raw space setup badge Management fee (On site, Cash only)
  ● Furniture, water, electricity, compressed air and its kind rental payments confirming (transfer b.f. deadline,
      or cash onsite )

Step 3: Exhibits Move-in & Located – Official Freight Forwarder office 
 
  ● Booth Location on-site confirming
  ● Entrust official freight forwarder to move exhibit in or self-handling confirming
  ● Cash freight forwarder if entrusted
  ● Pay freight forwarder the management charge if self-handle
